EAT.  MOVE.  BREATHE.  LIVE.

We have the capability to settle our minds and nourish our bodies.

We have the capacity to process traumas, rewire our brains and reinvent ourselves.

We have the potential to rebalance our nervous systems, to connect with our true nature, and to spend more of our lives in a state of joy and ease.

We don't need to figure all this out. Our ancestors --across cultures-- knew how. Thankfully, they left us manuals. I've had the good fortune of getting to study, practice, and share some of them.

EAT.

Is kale good for you? Carbs?
Ayurveda says: It depends.

Far from a fad diet, Ayurveda, a thousands-of-years-old science of wellbeing, is completely individualized. Oh, and enjoying your food is an essential principle.

It's amazing how much better you can feel when you eat foods that nourish YOU.

MOVE.

Our bodies hold more wisdom than our minds can comprehend. Learn how move your body to release stress and other stored, stagnant emotions and energy to create a sense of vitality and ease.

Connect with the vast information within your trillions of cells. You don't have to touch your toes.

I promise.

BREATHE.

World's most underrated superpower. Sigh. Yawn. Our breath responds to our emotional and physical state. What's fascinating is that it works the other way, too.

Change your breath, change your mood. And then you're in the driver's seat and can choose how you want to feel and be.

LIVE.

Rather than trying to change too much too fast, learn simple practices you can incorporate into your existing routines to support a brighter, more balanced you. And when the going gets tough, there's a manual for that, too.
